Inclusion Campus is a nationwide program in France that helps managers take action on issues related to inclusion in the workplace.
FACE Hérault is an operational partner of Inclusion Campus in the Hérault department, providing support to organize classes.
Each group of people participates for four months. Consisting of around ten companies, the group will first learn about the subject at hand before working on an action plan that may include proposals for inclusive purchasing,
inclusive recruitment,
sharing, and
innovation.
Each pillar is guided by a mentor, and each class has a champion who is actively involved with these issues. The next class will be championed by Samuel Hervé, Managing Director of
Akté Services, and member of the FACE Hérault Board.
