On September 10, Sharvy, Koovea, Goxoa Sports Beer, FEELBAT, and Multani joined the second cohort of Conquête, the Montpellier BIC program dedicated to innovative companies seeking to accelerate their growth and rise to the next level.
A personalized support program to scale up
Everything moves quickly once a startup takes off. Teams become more structured, markets expand, processes must keep pace, and financial needs increase. Leaders must also shift their approach by taking a broader view, delegating, and preparing for the next stage. Transformation challenges the entire organizational structure and requires a different kind of assistance. The Montpellier Business Incubator (BIC) created Conquête in 2025 specifically to address this critical phase.
Conquête is a strategic support program, developed in collaboration with the Village by CA Languedoc and French Tech Méditerranée, covering a twelve-month period. It supports companies that are less than ten years old, already well-established, with strong market traction, a solid team, and a growth plan requiring new resources.
The program starts with an assessment phase conducted with experts from Village by CA to identify the specific growth areas for each company. The program is then built around those needs, with three key areas of focus: adapting organizational structure and governance; deploying the business strategy; and integrating artificial intelligence into the company’s operations.
Company leaders work on their challenges individually, with advisors selected by Montpellier BIC and with the support of a dedicated project manager. The advancement of these initiatives is tracked through quarterly progress reviews. The personalized coaching approach is combined with group sessions bringing together the companies participating in each cohort. With four to six companies, the cohorts are small and welcoming, allowing executives to compare their experiences and decisions with those of entrepreneurs undergoing similar transformations and to talk about shared challenges.
The first cohort included AquaTech, Renewr, Qiiro, SCOP3, and Seliaris. That cohort confirmed the value of working in a peer-to-peer setting: “An inspiring program, well-structured workshops, and above all, valuable connections with other startups facing the same challenges. The program successfully blends innovation with a human touch. I highly recommend it to future participants.”
The 2026–2027 cohort has high expectations:
Multani: “In three years, Multani has evolved from a vision to market validation: over 100 clients, including SNCF Réseau. The foundations are solid, and we now need to speed up our growth and reach the next level. The assistance provided by Montpellier BIC’s Conquête program will challenge our strategy and help us structure our scale-up.” Martin Mery
“Koovea has now demonstrated the strength of its business model and its capacity for growth. I expect the Conquête program to challenge us, help us gain a broader perspective, and make the right strategic choices to reach a new milestone: accelerating our business development, structuring our expansion, and establishing Koovea as a leading international player.” Adrien Content
“We are excited to join this BIC program of excellence. Since it was launched, Goxoa Sports Beer has carved out a place in the hearts of endurance athletes, and we are confident that through this acceleration program, we will be able to expand our distribution to the general public and become one of the leading brands in France’s non-alcoholic beer market.” Jonathan Dubois
“Feelbat is now entering a new phase of its development. The Conquête program will enable us to organize our scaling efforts and accelerate our growth both in France and internationally. Our ambition is to make Feelbat a leading brand in connected monitoring and to make infrastructure monitoring simpler and more accessible wherever it is needed.” Jean Christophe Habot
Networks and financing to accelerate growth
Beyond strategic coaching, the program also opens doors by facilitating access to private investors and national venture capital firms.
Le Village by CA brings its network of 47 Villages in France and abroad, along with its experts, connections to major clients, and access to the financing ecosystem. French Tech Méditerranée further extends this momentum with the Scale Up Excellence program, offering selected companies additional support to prepare for fundraising rounds exceeding €2 million, while enhancing their exposure and expanding business opportunities both nationally and internationally.
To support companies as they scale up, Montpellier BIC also hosts the annual Montpellier Capital Risque event focused on fundraising. This year’s edition will take place on October 15.
